Mike Fluharty is the President and a Managing Partner of True Zero Technologies. Mr. Fluharty is an accomplished Security Executive who has experience implementing and managing large security programs and operation centers. He combines advanced network, security, and operating systems knowledge to provide security for mission critical assets in multiple federal agencies, including the Department of Commerce (DOC), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Health and Human Services (HHS), as well as the private sector. As the lead of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Vulnerability Management and Continuous Monitoring Team, he won the 2012 SANS National Cybersecurity Innovation Award for “Using Continuous Automated Monitoring To Radically Reduce the Risk of Cyber Attacks Against Confidential Citizen Health Data”. Mr. Fluharty’s specialty is enhancing enterprise-wide security measures during their development, design, and implementation phases. Mr. Fluharty received his B.S. in Information Systems, as well as his M.P.S. in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
