In her role as chief administrative and operating officer, Bina Chaurasia is responsible for leading the company’s business operations to support long-term scalable and sustainable growth, including human resources, sales, technical and leadership enablement, strategy, technical partnerships, procurement, real estate, legal, and IT. Prior to Tanium, Bina was the senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Ericsson, where she was instrumental in building a global human resource function and developing and implementing the people strategy to support the business transformation. Bina has deep experience across diverse sectors with companies including Hewlett-Packard; Gap, Inc.; Sun Microsystems and PepsiCo/Yum! In addition to her leadership role at Tanium, Bina also serves on the board of directors of BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. Bina holds a Master’s in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master’s in Management and Human Resources from Ohio State University.
