As senior director of enterprise technology services at UKG, Adam Zaulyczny is responsible for enterprise technology service delivery and support for more than 15,000 employees worldwide. He sets strategy and leads and delivers IT service management (ITSM) platform architecture, administration and operations, enterprise endpoint management, service desk, desktop support services and leading the way for the digital employee experience.
Since joining Kronos, Inc in 2012, Adam has worked tirelessly to improve the quality-of-service delivery offered and deliver value to the entire global employee population. Since the merger of Kronos, Inc and Ultimate Software in 2020, Adam has played a critical role in driving harmonization of people, process, and technology for the newly merged business entity of Ultimate Kronos Group, (UKG).

Adam has led the way within the end user computing space for UKG from technology evaluation to design, build and operations with a simplified, cost-effective, and modernized approach. Ensuring the UKG enterprise technology solutions are secure, scalable, and cloud-based is essential to complement the exciting growth at UKG, the world’s largest privately held enterprise software company. In addition to leading a global enterprise technology team, Adam also manages business relationships with key vendors such as Dell, Microsoft, Tanium, ServiceNow and Verizon. He is also an active participant and contributor to several employee resource groups.

Adam has over 25 years of leadership experience and prior to Kronos, he managed IT operations at the Boston Medical Center.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Salem State University and is certified in ITIL Service Support & Delivery and ITIL Foundations.
