About Roy:
Roy Schuster leads the Value Engineering team for Tanium, assisting prospects, customers, and partners with defining and quantifying the economic value of Tanium’s industry-leading converged endpoint management (XEM) platform. His team focuses on operational improvement, automation, tool modernization and risk mitigation benefits, powered by Tanium’s ability to provide visibility, control and remediation to every endpoint.
Roy joined Tanium in January 2020. Prior to Tanium, Roy spent 16 years with Cisco Systems, where he led large-scale transformation programs for global customers, focusing on IT strategy, technology lifecycle strategy & planning, financial modeling & business case development, process improvement, metrics & measurement, and change management. Earlier in his career, Roy held leadership positions with Akibia Consulting, Lante Corporation, Cambridge Technology Partners, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
He holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and an AB in Economics from the University of Chicago. Roy lives in Oak Park, Illinois, near Chicago, with his wife, two children and two dogs.
