Erica Volini is the Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships at ServiceNow. She works with over 2,000 partners who are a part of the ServiceNow global ecosystem. Erica joined ServiceNow in 2021 to help transform the go-to-market strategy for partners and has since brought her vision to life, leading the growth and expansion of the ServiceNow partner ecosystem. She also led the launch of a new partner program in January 2023 aimed at helping partners differentiate. Before ServiceNow, Erica was a Principal at Deloitte Consulting for 23 years, building and leading the Global Human Capital practice. She is known externally as an expert in the Future of Work and was a coauthor of Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends report. Her work has been profiled on CNN, The Washington Post, Bloomberg, Yahoo! Finance, Forbes and several other media outlets. In September 2021, Erica was appointed a HR Advisory Council Member of Betterworks. Erica received her BS ILR from Cornell University and currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and two sons.
