As a Director of Technical Account Management Customer Success Subject Matter Expert, Stacey has leveraged her 30+ years of automotive manufacturing operations knowledge to assist customers with extracting as much value out of the Tanium platform as possible to meet the strategic goals of each customer with a white glove approach. Leveraging feedback from customers, she has been instrumental in helping develop content that will help customers with use case development and requests to enhance our platform that will simplify use of the console or solve another work issue. Stacey has experience with health insurance, health care, banking, manufacturing and state government verticals. She is also very active with the ServiceNow partnership and the value of Better Together initiative. On a personal front, she is very passionate about giving back to the community by volunteering with local food pantries in the metro Detroit area. Traveling with her family is also another strong passion she has.
