Sean Hawkins has been part of the Cyber Threat Hunt Team at Scotiabank for 6 years, during which he has lead hunt development efforts while setting up the complimentary Threat Testing and Threat Modelling functions over the last 3 years. As Sean has worked through the greater breadth of threat hunting operations, he has gained a fairly strategic, yet boots-on-the-ground view of wide range of tools, allowing him to quickly pick up new tools and develop critical detection scenarios to provide visibility on key stages of the cyber killchain.
