Craig is a dynamic and action centred leader who served in the British Army in various roles, deploying to countries such as Afghanistan and Somalia and being trained at two of the world's leading leadership colleges, Sandhurst and Dartmouth.

Craig is currently Deputy CISO / Global Vice President of Cyber Technology and Operations with responsibility for global operational cyber functions, including; threat intelligence, SOC, CERT, operational technology, technical assurance and other areas including engineering and architecture.

Prior to joining Unilever Craig was Global CISO for Anglo American where he transformed their cyber security programme from a two-person team focussed on IT only cyber security, to a 60+ team that covered all areas, including OT and joint ventures and introduced cyber disaster recovery to mine sites, integrating cyber security into standard business processes and creating a true collaborative environment between operations and cyber security.

A true advocate of inclusion and diversity, Craig pioneered the first self-run cyber apprenticeship program in mining, offering 14 eighteen year olds the opportunity to complete a two year apprenticeship, learning numerous cyber roles and skills, sitting industry certifications and gaining a level 4 apprenticeship. He has also chaired an NCSC cyber group and sat on a government committee for cyber development in North Yorkshire and has supported the UN drafting of its first cyber security framework.
