Braedyn Leake is a Process Improvement Consultant of PNC's IT Service Management team, under the Office of the CTO. Braedyn's expertise stems from her background and education in cybersecurity and working experience with ServiceNow. Additionally, she holds an ITIL4 Foundations certification from Axelos. She earned a Masters degree in Cybersecurity Analytics and Operations from Penn State University. In her free time, Braedyn enjoys spending time with family, friends and her pets. Additionally, she continues to have a passion for attending Penn State football games and driving her Dodge Charger R/T.
