Stephen is the engineering lead for the Quantum Information Science team at Accenture Federal Services. He works with federal agencies to meet evolving cryptography standards and find potential applications for quantum technologies. He holds a Masters degree in Cybersecurity from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
