As Chief Customer Officer, Jeremy Hatfield leads the company’s customer experience strategy by serving as the primary advocate for the customer perspective and ensuring organizational decisions remain customer focused. He oversees all customer-facing operations, including presales solution education and evaluations, implementation, training, customer success, and post-sales support, with an emphasis on enhancing customer loyalty, retention, and revenue.

Before joining Tanium, Jeremy held various positions in the IT security sector at companies such as McAfee and IBM and Nortel Networks, spanning presales engineering, solution architecture, and customer support. He earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Jeremy resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Lydia, and their two children, Ethan (15), and Rebekah (12).
