Based in Winter Garden, Florida, he leads strategic initiatives to deliver scalable, innovative IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support flexible, remote work models for Teleperformance’s worldwide operations, serving over 1,000 clients across diverse industries.

With over 30 years of visionary leadership in the industry, Lance specializes in Information Technology, networking, and contact center technologies. A graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology, he has driven transformative projects, including the adoption of advanced cloud technologies to boost Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for agents and clients, and contributed to thought leadership on technology-enabled flexible workspaces. His expertise spans global network optimization, telecom architecture, and business process improvements, enabling seamless digital experiences in high‑volume customer service environments.
