Jeff is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with over a decade of experience in enhancing the security posture of various Indiana government agencies.

Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). His technical expertise spans across Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) with RSA Archer, Vulnerability Management with Rapid 7, Endpoint Management with Tanium and Absolute, and Endpoint Detection & Response with Crowdstrike and Mandiant Security Validation.

Currently, Jeff serves as the Information Security Operations Services Manager at the Indiana Office of Technology, where he has designed and implemented the Information Security Operations Services (ISOS) Team. He manages a team of seven direct reports, each assigned to a state agency, and assists them with their cybersecurity posture. His responsibilities include reviewing vulnerability scans and pen test results, auditing asset and software inventories, conducting security assessments based on CIS controls, and ensuring proper documentation in the State’s GRC tool.
