Ruben Rabago is a seasoned practitioner and operating executive with more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector. Based in Phoenix, AZ, he has been married for 34 years and raised five children, four boys and one girl. Ruben’s career spans Fortune 500 companies and high growth scaleups, where he has driven success from zero to $750M+ in revenue and contributed to five successful exits, including a $1.1B unicorn. He currently serves as Vice President of Customer Success at Tanium and has held key leadership roles, including Head of Customer Success at AudiencePlus, Chief Customer Officer at Intellum, Chief Strategist at Gainsight, and Head of Customer Success at WebPT. Earlier in his career, he led PMO and Support at L3 Harris. Beyond operating roles, Ruben advises VC and PE firms, startups, and MBA programs, and works as an executive coach. He is also an international best‑selling author of The Customer Success Professional’s Handbook, published in three languages.
