A strategic operator known for leading AI innovation and digital transformation at scale, she has built Center of Excellence that elevate enterprise productivity, streamline global operations, and improve customer experience. Her proficiency extends to managing security posture and identity security, as well as achieving cost savings through business transformation.
Most recently, she served as the CIO of Information Systems and Technology at Coalfire, where she led a digital transformation to automate manual processes and establish a world‑class IT organization with scalable enterprise systems and infrastructure to support continued rapid growth. Prior to that, she managed a multimillion-dollar technology and innovation budget at User Testing, preparing the company for an IPO in less than nine months by implementing several digital transformation initiatives, establishing SEC compliance, and enhancing identity management to increase business efficiencies. Earlier in her career, she contributed to Accelerated business growth, major mergers and acquisitions, and the implementation of GDPR policies at FireEye/Mandiant. She also rolled out Customer 360 Analytics for the executive team, providing comprehensive insights into customer interactions. At Google, she played a pivotal role in the rollout of the Google Glass project and managed the technology needs for the GTM, Customer Support, and Operations teams.
Sreeveni holds a master’s degree in computer science and applied mathematics, along with credentials in Business Analytics & Predictive Insights and Strategic Leadership programs.
