In this 90-minute hands-on lab you'll use Tanium Atlas, Tanium's autonomous operating system for IT and security operations in Tanium Cloud. You'll work as a non-admin user at TitanRate Financial, a regulated firm whose Windows and Linux estate has grown faster than anyone documented it. There's no Tanium syntax to learn and no module-hopping. You ask questions in plain language, and Atlas assembles the answer around you as dynamically generated pages, dashboards, and visualizations. The lab is choose-your-own-adventure. You pick one or more tracks that match your world (Endpoint Management, Digital Employee Experience, Exposure Management, or Security Operations) and investigate live. When something looks wrong, Atlas goes further than a dashboard: it queries the affected machine directly and traces the problem to its root cause, then proposes the fix. Along the way you'll set autonomous background agents working while you carry on, and take real remediations all the way to completion within your permissions, with every state-changing action gated by human approval. Every track ends at the same payoff: a board-ready report and a safe, audited action. By the end you'll have turned uncertainty into answers, and answers into action, in minutes, without scripts or admin rights.
