Sergey has spent more than 15 years in endpoint and device management, long enough to see how the field has changed as the devices themselves have changed. As Director of Product Management at Tanium, he leads strategy for Apple and Google device management. His work brings macOS, iOS, iPadOS, ChromeOS, and Android, along with emerging platforms such as tvOS, visionOS, Android XR, Android Open Source Project (AOSP) devices, and Googlebooks, under a single approach to visibility, control, and security.
Before Tanium, Sergey was Principal Product Manager for End User Platforms at JumpCloud, where he led the device management portfolio across iOS, Android, macOS, Linux, and Windows and helped organizations manage identity and devices together in the cloud. Earlier in his career, he was a Product Line Manager at VMware, where he owned Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub on iOS and Android, the app millions of employees relied on to access their work.
Sergey is known for turning complex technical problems into clear product roadmaps and for partnering closely with customers, engineers, and go-to-market teams to deliver them. He enjoys mentoring product talent and building teams where new ideas are welcome.
Sergey came to the United States as a religious refugee, brought by parents and grandparents whose tireless sacrifice made a new life possible. He credits his success to his Christian faith, to their example, and to the steady love and support of his wife, and he brings that same sense of purpose and gratitude to his work. Outside of work, he serves as an administrator at his church, which supports the Slavic community in the Charlotte metro area. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
