Hayden brings an array of cross-industry IT experience to his current role as a Security Engineer at the University of Utah, where he has spent the last five years safeguarding the institution. His career spans both higher education and the financial services sector. Prior to his current role, he served as a Senior System Administrator for Student Affairs and as the Director of IS and Communications for a major credit card company. Hayden's diverse background allows him to approach cybersecurity and IT strategy with a holistic and pragmatic perspective. Outside the world of IT and security, he enjoys fishing, skiing, and spending time exploring the Rockies.
