Marco is Executive Vice President, Global Head of Cyber Security, and a member of the Executive Committee for Cloud and Infrastructure Services at Capgemini. He leads a global team of more than 5,000 cybersecurity professionals, driving strategy, growth, and operational excellence across the cybersecurity portfolio.

Marco is a leading expert in the application of AI Frontier Models to cybersecurity and leads Capgemini’s Daybreak partnership with OpenAI. At the forefront of understanding how frontier AI is transforming both cyber offense and defense, he has briefed leaders from more than 60 major global organizations on the Mythos threat and the strategic actions required to prepare for a new generation of AI-enabled cyber threats.

Marco brings over 30 years of leadership and hands on experience in cybersecurity and has led highly complex, large scale IT transformation programs exceeding $1B and shaped major strategic cybersecurity initiatives.

Previously, Marco served as Chief Product and Strategy Officer at Trustwave, and prior to that as Global Head of Strategy, Operations, and Product Management for Cybersecurity at DXC Technology. He has also held senior cybersecurity leadership roles at HP, Wipro, and NTT Data.

Marco holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering, as well as an MBA. He also holds multiple industry leading certifications, including CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.
