Lab FAQs
How many Labs can I sign up for with a Converge + Labs ticket?
The number of Labs included with your Converge + Labs ticket will be determined by your region. The number of Labs you are able to choose from will be specified during the registration process after you select "Converge + Labs" as your ticket type.
When is the last day that I can register for or make changes to my Labs selection
Registration for the Hands-On Labs will close on October 29, 2021. However, it is recommended that you confirm your Labs sessions early, as capacities are limited and tickets sell out quickly.
Can I make changes to the Labs sessions I selected after registering?
Yes. After you register, you can modify your Labs selections by logging in to your registration and navigating to the Hands-On Labs Sessions tab. Changes to Hands-On Labs selections will be accepted through October 29, 2021 and are based on availability. After this date, requests to change or cancel individual Labs session selections should be emailed to [email protected].
What is the cancellation policy?
Ticket cancellation requests should be emailed to [email protected].
The Converge refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation on or before November 15, 2021: Full refund of registration fee
- Cancellation or refund request received on or after November 16, 2021: Refund forfeited, regardless of actualized attendance at Converge
- Refunds will be processed via a credit to the original source of payment
When applicable, refunds for canceled registrations will be processed within thirty (30) days of cancellation notice . Tanium is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from any canceled registration(s) or impermissible substitution(s).
