Paul D’Cruz is a cybersecurity and technology leader at Microsoft, where he leads solution engineering teams focused on helping organisations modernise and secure their digital estates. Working with enterprise and public‑sector customers, he combines strategic leadership with technical expertise to address complex cyber‑risk challenges across hybrid and cloud environments. Over the course of his career in enterprise technology and cybersecurity, Paul has worked closely with some of the industry’s most influential platform and security ecosystems. This experience has given him a broad, practitioner‑level perspective on how organisations operationalise security across identity, endpoints, applications, data, and infrastructure. Paul’s leadership spans both solution engineering and commercial strategy, enabling him to bridge conversations between CISOs, security architects, and senior executives.
