Stuart Frost, BEM, FYsI, leads Enterprise Security and Risk Management in the UK Government. He is a highly accomplished and extensively certified authority in Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), with a strong track record of delivering risk-based security programmes across large-scale, complex, and geographically dispersed organisations.
Widely recognised as a thought leader in the security industry, Stuart is known for shaping strategic and innovative approaches to emerging threats, particularly those stemming from increasingly interconnected supply chains. His insights have influenced policy, guided industry best practices, and sparked global dialogue across the security community. He is a regular speaker at major events throughout the UK, Europe, the United States, and Asia, and serves as a judge for several prestigious international security awards.
Stuart’s work has earned multiple global accolades, and he is recognised for integrating diverse security disciplines into unified, business-aligned strategies. In May 2024, he was named one of the UK’s Top 50 Tech Leaders and a Top 30 Transformational Change Leader for his role in driving innovation and sector-wide change.
In recognition of his expertise and sustained contributions to the profession, he was appointed a Fellow of the UK Security Institute (FYsI) in August 2024. He also received the Coronation Medal for his security leadership supporting the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III in 2023.
Beyond his professional achievements, Stuart was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) in 2017 by Her Majesty Queen Elizabth II for his services to the community.
