Rob Vernalls serves as the Deputy CTO for End User Compute at Compass Group, where he holds strategic responsibility for overseeing the management and maintenance of the company's core global platforms and systems, including Entra ID, M365, Windows, Tanium, and Trend. Rob drives business value from these platforms, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with organisational goals. Compass Group, a global leader in food services, operates in around 30 countries and employs approximately 580,000 people worldwide. In his role, Rob is responsible for the globally deployed End User Compute platforms, leveraging his 20 years of experience in IT operations and strategy to enhance the company's technological infrastructure and support its vast workforce.
