Converge is Tanium’s annual user conference where IT and Security professionals come together to network, gain new skills, and learn new strategies for leveraging Tanium to best optimize their organization’s cybersecurity readiness and response.
Converge arms its attendees with the training, knowledge, and connections needed to position one’s organization ahead of emerging threats.
In its 10th year, Converge 2025 will be in person at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida. There will also be a virtual attendance option with access to live-streamed keynotes and on-demand breakout session recordings following the event. In-Person Attendees:
For those attending In‑Person Labs, Converge will begin at 8:30 AM EST on Monday, November 17 and conclude at 11:30 AM EST on Thursday, November 20. For attendees participating in the Developer Summit, Converge will conclude at 11:30 AM EST. For all other in‑person attendees, Converge will kick off with a Welcome Reception at 5:00 PM EST on Monday, November 17 and conclude at 10:30 PM EST on Wednesday, November 19, after the conclusion of the Converge Party.

Virtual Attendees:
For those tuning in virtually, Converge keynote sessions will be streamed live at their scheduled times on Tuesday, November 18 and Wednesday, November 19. Breakout session recordings will become available after the conclusion of the event.

Converge is attended by global IT and security professionals from all sectors and departments in the cybersecurity space. Attendees include Tanium customers, partners, and guests from a variety of industries, as well as Tanium team members.

Breakout sessions are set to be finalized and released to the Converge 2025 website in the fall. At this same time, the Converge 2025 Agenda Builder will also become available for attendees who wish to plan their time at Converge and curate their own personalized agenda.
Yes. Converge 2025 keynotes and breakout sessions will be available to view on‑demand following the event for both Converge In-Person and Converge Virtual ticket holders.
Labs will not be available to view on demand with the exception of virtual attendees with Virtual Self‑Service Labs tickets, who will have access to their selected virtual labs on November 18 and November 19. Additional information about Hands-on Lab offerings can be found on the Labs page.
Tickets & Registration
The Converge In‑Person ticket grants access to Converge keynotes, breakout sessions, meals, and networking events, plus on-demand access to recordings following the event.
Converge Virtual tickets are free of charge and include full access to livestreamed keynotes on November 18 and November 19, plus on‑demand access to post‑event session recordings.
Converge In‑Person tickets are currently $995 ($295 government rate) while our Early Bird rate special lasts. At the conclusion of this promotion, regular pricing of $1,295 ($395 government rate) will go into effect. The Converge In‑Person ticket grants access to Converge keynotes, breakout sessions, meals, and networking events, plus on‑demand access to recordings following the event.
The below ticket add-ons are available to add onto Converge In-Person base tickets for an additional fee:
- In-Person Labs – $495*
- TCO Certification Exam – $100
- TCSCD Certification Exam – $100
- TCA Certification Exam – $100
- TCPEM Certification Exam – $100
- TCPRS Certification Exam – $100
*A $100 discount will be applied for qualifying government and public sector employee registrations.

Virtual Self‑Service Labs can be added to Converge Virtual tickets for $199. Those with a Virtual Self‑Service Labs ticket will get access to up to four (4) self‑service Labs to take virtually on November 18 and November 19.

All payments for Converge tickets must be made via credit card at the time of registration. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted credit card types. If you have any questions about payment methods, please contact [email protected].
If you can no longer attend Converge or Hands-On Labs (in-person or virtual), you can cancel your registration by providing written notice to the Tanium Events Team by emailing [email protected].
The Converge refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation on or before Wednesday, October 1, 2025: Full refund of registration fee, less a $50.00 processing fee.
- Cancellation on or after Thursday, October 2, 2025: Partial refund at Tanium’s sole discretion.
If applicable, Tanium will refund the registrant’s registration fees within sixty (60) days of receipt of the cancellation notice. No registration refunds will be provided other than through the process described here.

In-Person Labs
Tanium expert-led lectures with opportunities for hands-on experience in custom-built environments. Intended for both new users and those looking to expand their existing Tanium skills and knowledge.
Adding In-Person Labs to your Converge In-Person ticket costs $495.00 ($395.00 for verified government employees).
The In-Person Labs ticket add-on awards registrants with choice of one of the below access options:
- Up to seven (7) Labs total to take in person at Converge
- Nov 17: Four (4) In‑Person Labs
- Nov 19: Two (2) In‑Person Labs
- Nov 20: One (1) In‑Person Lab
- Up to five (5) Labs total to take in person at Converge + Capture the Flag (CTF)
- Nov 17: Two (2) In‑Person Labs + Capture the Flag (CTF)
- Nov 19: Two (2) In‑Person Labs
- Nov 20: One (1) In‑Person Lab
In-Person Lab signups will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until 5:00 PM PT on Wednesday, October 29, or when the Lab’s capacity is reached, whichever comes first. This policy will also apply to those who register for Labs and wish to change their selections after completing their registration.
If you can attend Converge but need to cancel In-Person Labs from your ticket, you can do so by contacting [email protected]. If you can no longer attend Converge or Hands-On Labs, you can cancel your registration by providing written notice to Tanium by emailing [email protected].

Yes! All Hands‑On Labs are CEU credit eligible. To receive credits, you will need to opt-in to being scanned into the Lab sessions you attend at Converge. You will then receive an email approximately one month after the event concludes with instructions on how to access your CEU credit certificates. 0.2 CEU credits will be awarded for every in-person Hands‑On Lab completed.
To participate in the In‑Person Labs, you will need access to a laptop/workstation that can open PDF documents and has an HTML5‑enabled modern browser (preferably Chrome) installed. VPN and/or VDI should not be enabled when taking labs, as this may impact your experience. Tablets/iPads can be used as a secondary monitor, if needed, but should not be used as the primary device with which you access the Lab environments.

Virtual Self‑Service Labs
User-driven access to a select number of lab environments to explore at user’s own pace on November 18 and November 19. The format of the Virtual Self-Service Labs will include access to recorded lectures by Tanium experts, followed by access to the corresponding custom‑built sandbox environments.
Virtual attendees can add Virtual Self‑Service Labs to their Converge Virtual ticket for $199. This fee is applied in addition to the Converge Virtual base ticket cost.
The Virtual Self‑Service Labs ticket add‑on includes access to the following: Up to four (4) Virtual Self‑Service Labs to explore at your own pace on November 18 and November 19, as well as Capture the Flag (CTF) on November 17 (pre‑registration required). Virtual Self‑Service Lab format will include access to a recorded lecture provided by Tanium experts, followed by access to the corresponding custom‑built sandbox environment.
Those with the Virtual Self-Service Labs ticket add-on will have access to the four (4) custom-built lab environments of their choosing. Two (2) on November 18 and two (2) on November 19, where they can complete labs with the help of the provided supplemental materials.
These materials will consist of the following:
- Lab access guide
- Custom lab environment
- Lab presentation recording
- Lab presentation PDF
- Supporting lab materials (if applicable)
Virtual Self-Service Lab signups will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until 5:00 PM PT on Wednesday, October 29 or when capacity is reached, whichever comes first. This policy will also apply to those who register for Labs and wish to make/change their individual Lab selections after completing their registration.
If you no longer wish to take the Virtual Self-Service Labs, you can cancel them from your Converge Virtual registration by emailing [email protected].

Capture the Flag (CTF)
A virtual competition where participants will use Tanium and compete against other CTF teams to look for clues about the nature of the bespoke malware campaign infecting the endpoints and suppressing the EDR and clean it up before time runs out and it ransoms the endpoint!

Yes! The top three (3) teams will win a prize.
To sign-up for CTF, add either the In-Person Labs or Virtual Self‑Service Labs add-on to your base ticket and indicate your interest in participating in CTF on the Session Selection page while registering. Note that if you are attending in-person, signing up for Capture the Flag (CTF) will prevent you from selecting any In‑Person Labs taking place at the same time as CTF on November 17.
Capture the Flag (CTF) sign‑up will be open until 5:00 PM PT on Wednesday, October 29. After this date, new CTF sign‑up will not be permitted.
Questions related to CTF registrations and sign-ups should be emailed to [email protected]. Any questions regarding CTF challenges, CTF teams, or the CTF lab environment should be sent to [email protected].
You will receive an email approximately three (3) weeks prior to Converge with instructions on how to confirm your CTF team captain, team name, and team members. CTF teams will consist of up to four (4) team members total (including yourself) and all CTF team members must be registered for Capture the Flag (CTF) and possess an In-Person Labs or Virtual Self-Service Labs ticket. Certifications
The Tanium Certified Operator (TCO), Tanium Certified Specialist Cloud Deployment (TCSCD), Tanium Certified Administrator (TCA), Tanium Certified Professional Endpoint Management (TCPEM), and Tanium Certified Professional Risk & Security (TCPRS) Exams will be available to take on-site at Converge 2025.
The below certification exams will be available to take on-site at Converge 2025:

- Tanium Certified Administrator (TCA) Exam
- Tanium Certified Specialist Cloud Deployment (TCSCD) Exam
- Tanium Certified Professional Endpoint Management (TCPEM) Exam

You can take the TCA exam at Converge 2025 as long as you have taken and passed the Tanium Certified Operator (TCO) exam prior to registering for the TCA exam.
You can take the TCSCD exam at Converge 2025 as long as you have taken and passed the Tanium Certified Operator (TCO) exam prior to registering for the TCSCD exam.
You can take the TCPEM exam at Converge 2025 as long as you have taken and passed the Tanium Certified Operator (TCO) exam prior to registering for the TCPEM exam.
You can take the TCPRS exam at Converge 2025 as long as you have taken and passed the Tanium Certified Operator (TCO) exam prior to registering for the TCPRS exam.
The TCO, TCA, TCSCD, TCPEM, or TCPRS Certification Exams will be available to take on‑site at Converge November 17 ‑ 20. After registering for Converge with a Certification Exam add-on, you will be contacted by the Tanium Certifications Team with instructions on how to sign-up for the date and time when you will take the exam during Converge.
Testing hours may be extended beyond the originally published schedule, please refer to the open time slots when booking an exam.
Results are available immediately. Candidates will receive a printout of their results after the exam. Successful candidates will not receive any additional information regarding exam results. Candidates who do not pass will receive additional information related to section level performance. Score reports are also available immediately via the Pearson VUE dashboard and should show up in your candidate profile in the Tanium Career Certifications portal within 48 hours of taking the exam.

This is a special testing event available only to Converge in‑person attendees. Exam registration is always available via our two standard delivery options available at any time:

Absolutely, as long as the voucher does not expire prior to November 20, 2025, it can be applied to your Certification Exam fees in your Converge 2025 registration. To use an existing voucher, contact [email protected].
Hotel Accommodations

Hotel rooms are available to book at the Converge hotel — the Orlando World Center Marriott — at the discounted rate of $314++ USD per night (based on availability). More information can be found on the Hotel & Travel page.
To book a room at the event hotel, use the link provided on the registration confirmation page or refer to your registration confirmation email after completing your registration. All costs, updates, and changes associated with your hotel reservation for Converge 2025 are your own responsibility.
To secure the discounted hotel rate, hotel reservations should be made no later than Monday, October 27 at 11:59 PM PST. After this date, any rooms that may still be available can be reserved at the hotel’s going rate.
Yes. Qualifying government employees can secure hotel accommodations at the Orlando World Center Marriott for $140++ USD per night. To book a room at this discounted rate, use the link provided in the registration confirmation email you received after your government-rate Converge registration was approved or use the government rate booking link on the Hotel & Travel page. Note that you will be required to present proof of your government employment/affiliation upon check-in. If you’re unable to locate your confirmation email or the hotel booking link, please email [email protected].

Reservation cancellations must be submitted to the hotel at least three (3) business days prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty fee equal to 1-night room & tax.
On-Demand
Keynote and select breakout session recordings will be available the week after Converge for in‑person, virtual, and on‑demand registrants.
On-Demand content will be made available to all in-person and virtual Converge attendees in the week following the event. Register here for on-demand access to keynotes and breakouts after Converge 2025. Registration for on-demand will also be available after the conclusion of the event.
Unfortunately, Labs are not available for on‑demand access. We encourage you to explore our vast array of breakouts, which are available on‑demand.
We first encourage you to make sure that all user end settings are properly set up, including good internet connection. Videos can occasionally open on mute depending on device settings. Please check the sound on the bar running along the bottom of the video to ensure it is up all the way if you are not hearing any sound. Please also check your computer sound if this is an issue. If you have a registration, you are all set to access on-demand content! In the week after the conclusion of the event, all on‑demand recordings will be uploaded to the on-demand library. You will receive an email when on-demand recordings are available.
