Converge 2026 sessions will take place exclusively at the ARIA Resort & Casino, located on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, NV. Situated at the heart of one of the world’s most iconic destinations, the ARIA offers world‑class dining, premier entertainment venues, and unmatched amenities. A large block of guest rooms will be available for Converge attendees to book at the ARIA Resort & Casino, with a separate, smaller block of government rate rooms available at the Vdara (located directly next door).

Hotel & Travel

Converge sessions will all take place at the ARIA Resort & Casino, conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). There are a number of ways to get there.

No. Government rate rooms are available at the Vdara Resort & Spa only, which is connected to the ARIA Resort & SPA via a sky bridge (~5 min walk) and in close proximity to the Converge meeting space.

Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a charge equal to one night's room rate plus tax.

A deposit of the first night's room & tax is required at time of booking. Upon check‑in at the hotel, $150 per night with $600 maximum hold will be "soft‑charged" to the credit card you present for incidentals. This amount, less what you spend on incidentals during your stay, will then be returned/refunded to your credit card upon check‑out.

The discounted $45 per night resort fee includes the following:

  • In‑room Wi‑Fi and Wi‑Fi throughout all Converge meeting spaces
  • Unlimited local & domestic long‑distance calls (US 50 states + DC)
  • Fitness center & 24‑hour cardio center access (guests 18+)
  • Digital newspapers & magazines via PressReader
  • Paramount+ with SHOWTIME On Demand via in‑room TV
  • Airline boarding pass printing


NOTE: The resort fee is separate from your room rate and will be charged at check-in.

The Vdara block is reserved exclusively for government employees attending Converge 2026. Availability is limited — book early once the booking link is active.

ARIA’s contracted group rates reflect Las Vegas weekend pricing. If you're arriving early, expect the $459/night rate on Fri‑Sat. The lower weeknight rates ($169‑$209) apply Sun‑Thu for the main conference days.
