Converge 2026 Terms & Conditions

Converge 2026 (“Converge” or the “Event”) will take place at the ARIA Resort & Casino (the “Venue”) in Las Vegas, Nevada. This registration agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between Tanium Inc. (“Tanium”) and the authorized employee of the registering company/organization who completes this registration form (the “Attendee”). Attendee represents that they are authorized to accept the Agreement on behalf of such company/organization. Submission of an online registration constitutes Attendee's acceptance of these terms and conditions. Acceptance of the registration is at Tanium’s sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration, Attendee must send written notice to [email protected].

The Converge refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation on or before Wednesday, October 7, 2026: Full refund of registration fee, less a $50.00 processing fee.

  • Cancellation on or after Thursday, October 8, 2026: Partial refund at Tanium’s sole discretion.

If applicable, Tanium will refund the Attendee’s registration fees within sixty (60) days of receipt of the cancellation notice. No registration refunds will be provided other than through the process described here.

Converge registration cancellations do not automatically cancel hotel and/or travel arrangements made by the Attendee. Attendees are responsible for managing their own hotel and travel reservations. If the Attendee’s hotel reservation was booked through the Converge website, reservation and cancellation details can be obtained by emailing [email protected]. Tanium is not responsible for any damages arising from registration cancellations, substitutions, hotel reservations, or travel arrangements.

Guest for the Converge Party

If Attendee is bringing guest(s) to the Converge Party on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, Attendee must agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Age Restriction: Attendee’s guest must be 21 years or older to attend.

  • Eligibility: Only external Converge Attendees (i.e., non‑Tanium employees) are permitted to bring a guest.

  • Employer Policy Compliance: Attendee acknowledges that bringing a guest does not violate their employer’s policies.

  • Guest Registration & Waiver: Each party guest must complete a separate registration process and waiver on‑site before attaining their badge.

Due to capacity and security concerns, no guests of Attendees are permitted to attend any other Converge sessions, functions, or events outside of the Converge Party. Attendees who do not abide by this term will have their badge revoked and be asked to leave the Event.

Government Employees

Converge is a large conference of Tanium’s users with diverse views and interests. Tanium believes Converge may qualify as a Widely Attended Gathering ("WAG") as described in 5 C.F.R. 2635.204. Government employees should consult their ethics officer and obtain written authorization before attending Converge at a free or discounted rate or accepting any complimentary items. Tanium can provide additional information upon request. By attending, Attendee represents that all necessary employer authorizations have been obtained and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Attendee must also comply, for the entire duration of Converge, with all applicable rules and regulations imposed by their employing agency, including those rules and regulations relating to the acceptance and disclosure of gifts and gratuities. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Receiving instructional materials from Tanium and/or Event sponsors prior to and during the Event

  • Partaking in complimentary group meal and refreshment functions, including alcoholic beverages, at the Event

  • Reserving a hotel room at the Venue at a discounted government rate

  • Accepting conference‑issued SWAG and gift items

Substitution Policy

A registration substitution is allowed on or before Friday, October 30, 2026. Registration substitution requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Substitutions are processed by cancelling the original registration and re‑registering the replacement. Applicable Early Bird or discounted pricing will be honored. The replacement must be from the same company/organization. Only one substitution per registration is permitted.

Visa Requirements and Invitation Letters

It is the Attendee’s sole responsibility to be aware of and manage any visa requirements related to their travel to Converge. If the Attendee requires an entry visa, they must allow sufficient time for the visa application process. Requests for Converge invitation letters for visa purposes should be emailed to [email protected]. Tanium will not contact embassies or consulates on an Attendee’s behalf. If a visa request is denied, the Attendee should contact [email protected] to request a cancellation and/or refund.

Health Certification

By agreeing and attending the Event, Attendee certifies that they will comply with any health and safety protocols required by Tanium, the Venue, or applicable public health authorities in effect at the time of the Event. Attendee agrees not to attend if they are experiencing symptoms of a communicable illness or have recently tested positive for one.

Risk Assumption

Attendee understands that participation in Converge carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. By registering and attending Converge, Attendee voluntarily assumes all such risks, including those arising during (or en route to or from) Converge, whether caused by the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of Attendee, other attendees, or any third party.

Waiver and Release of Liability

Unless otherwise prohibited by law, Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless Tanium Inc., One10 LLC, their affiliates, employees, directors, agents, vendors, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, losses, and liabilities of any kind, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from Attendee’s attendance at and participation in Converge and any ancillary activities, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, illness, death, or other physical loss, whether foreseeable or not. Attendee acknowledges and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, errors, omissions, or negligence of any of the Released Parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tanium’s total liability to any Attendee for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or Converge, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total registration fees actually paid by such Attendee for the Event. In no event shall Tanium or the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Age Limitation

Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend Converge and must be at least 21 years of age to attend the Tanium‑hosted Converge party. Requests for any exceptions must be submitted to Tanium in writing by emailing [email protected]. Whether any exception is granted is in the sole discretion of Tanium.

Photo ID and Security Photo

Attendees will be required to present a government‑ or company‑issued photo ID prior to collecting their Converge name badge and materials at the Event. This photo ID will be matched to the photo (“Profile Photo”) that was uploaded at time of registration. For security reasons, the provided Profile Photo will also be printed on the name badge that the Attendee collects onsite. Attendees who have not uploaded a permissible Profile Photo prior to arriving onsite will be asked to take a photo at the Registration Desk prior to picking up their name badge.

Badge Control and Tracking

Converge‑issued name badges are the sole property of Tanium and must be surrendered upon request. Attendees must have their Converge‑issued name badge prominently displayed while at Converge and any designated off‑site functions.

Tanium will use RFID tracking technology to understand how Attendees engage with the Event and improve their experience. This RFID technology will be embedded in the Converge‑issued name badges that Attendees receive onsite at the Event. The data collected using this technology will be used to verify and track activity including but not limited to the following:

  • Keynote and session attendance

  • Converge function attendance

  • Sponsor booth and session visitation

  • General Attendee activity

Tanium may also utilize other generalized approaches (such as sign‑in sheets) to monitor and track attendance that do not require specific badge information. Any personal information resulting from the utilization of RFID tracking technology and/or generalized approaches is collected in Tanium’s legitimate interests and is subject to Tanium’s Privacy Policy found at https://www.tanium.com/privacy-policy/, which is incorporated by reference herein ("Privacy Policy"). Tanium may share the collected attendance information with the Attendee and Attendee’s company/organization at Tanium’s discretion. Additionally, Attendee’s session registration may be shared with Tanium team members for sales, account engagement, and related business purposes.

Attendees will be asked to scan their badge upon entry to Converge sessions and/or functions. Badge misuse or unauthorized admittance is grounds for expulsion from the Event and/or a ban from future Tanium‑hosted events. In such cases, Tanium has no obligation to refund fees paid by the Attendee or their company/organization, and the Attendee and their company/organization waive any claims for damages arising from enforcement of this rule.

Sponsor Sessions

Attendees will also be asked to scan their badge upon entry to Converge sponsor sessions. By scanning their badge into a sponsor’s session, Attendee is consenting to having their contact information (Name, Title, Mobile Phone, Email, Company Country, Attendee Type) shared with the sponsor of the session. Once their information is shared with the sponsor, it is no longer subject to Tanium’s Privacy Policy and is instead subject to the Privacy Policy of the applicable sponsor. Attendee acknowledges that Tanium has no responsibility or liability for the sponsor’s use of such information.

Photography, Audio, and Video Recording

Converge is held in a public space; Tanium does not prohibit participants, media, or other organizations from photographing, recording, or audiotaping sessions or activities. By attending, Attendee consents to Tanium and its agents photographing and recording Converge in visual and audio media. By registering and attending the Event, Attendee hereby irrevocably agrees and consents that Tanium has the right to record, transcribe, modify, perform, reproduce, display, distribute, and transmit in any form and for any purpose their name, voice, picture, photograph, portrait, and other reproductions of their likeness (collectively, Attendee’s "Image") at Converge in connection with any advertising or promotional content and materials, or for any other lawful purpose including posts to public websites. However, Tanium is not obligated to make any use of the Attendee’s Image, name or likeness, or exercise any of the rights granted to it. Attendee also agrees that their Image may appear in photos of Converge made available to them, other Converge attendees, and the public, and any such parties may retain and distribute those photos.

Intellectual Property

All content presented at Converge, including session materials, slides, demonstrations, and recordings, is the intellectual property of Tanium or the respective presenting party. Nothing in this Agreement grants Attendees any license or right to Tanium’s intellectual property beyond personal, non‑commercial use in connection with their attendance at Converge.

Admittance

In its sole discretion and without refund, Tanium reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from Converge anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to Converge or any other attendee.

Privacy Statement

Tanium will handle Attendee’s personal information that is collected during registration, onsite, and in virtual spaces in accordance with Tanium’s Privacy Policy.

International Data Transfer

Attendees from outside the United States acknowledge that their personal information collected in connection with Converge may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in their home jurisdiction. By registering for and attending Converge, such Attendees consent to this transfer and processing. Tanium’s collection and use of personal information is governed by Tanium’s Privacy Policy.

Venue and Accommodations

Attendee is required to comply with the rules and regulations governing the applicable Venue and/or accommodation. Any personal property Attendee brings onto the Venue and/or accommodation is brought and left entirely at Attendee’s own risk. Tanium and the Released Parties are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to such property.

Force Majeure

Tanium is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, strike, acts of God, terrorism, war, epidemics, or venue unavailability. Tanium may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Event for such reasons without liability. If the Event is cancelled or postponed, Tanium is not liable for transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by Attendees. Tanium will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
