Below is an overview of the sections / icons that appear along the bottom of the home screen within the app.

HOME


This section contains:

  • Event Highlights & Updates –  General updates about the event and links to useful resources related to those updates.

This section will change each day based on the events taking place that day.

 

AGENDA


This section contains:

  • Standard sessions & functions that apply to all in-person attendee schedules:
    • Meals & Evening Events (Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment Breaks, Welcome Reception, Converge Party)
    • General Functions
    • Keynotes, Breakout Sessions
       

MY AGENDA


This section contains any sessions or labs that you pre-registered for or added to your schedule. Standard sessions that apply to all in-person attendees (breakfast, lunch, keynotes, etc.) were added to your schedule when you registered.

The sessions visible in this section include:

  • In-Person Labs  (if you pre‑selected any before the October 29 cutoff)
  • Global Partner Summit  (if you RSVP’d 'yes' during registration)
  • Executive Summit  (if you RSVP’d 'yes' during registration)
  • Public Sector Track  (if you were approved to attend)
  • Breakout sessions  (if you added any to your schedule before the event)
    • NOTE:  You do not need to pre‑register for breakouts to attend them. Seats in breakouts are accommodated on a first‑come, first‑serve basis.
       

MAPS


The maps available to you in this section include:

  • Event Space map – This map gives you an overview of the event space where Converge sessions and functions will take place. The room names in this map will match the locations provided to you in the mobile app and on signage around the space.
  • Hotel map –  This map shows all of the areas and towers of the event hotel (Orlando World Center Marriott), including the towers, retail outlets, on‑site restaurants, and more.
  • Partner Pavilion map –  This map will show you where each sponsor booth is located within the Partner Pavilion. Additional way-finding signage will also be available on site.
     

SPONSORS


This section includes a list of the Tanium Partners who are sponsoring the Converge event. Click on their logos to learn more information about the sponsor, as well as their location / booth number within the Partner Pavilion.

You can add breakout sessions to your schedule in (2) different ways:
 


Add breakout sessions or other available sessions to your schedule using the instructions below:

  • Navigate to the "Agenda" section of the app.
  • Locate the session you wish to add to your schedule.
  • Add the session to your schedule:

From the agenda view –  Tap the 'add to calendar' icon 

OR

From within the session – 
 Tap the red "Add To My Agenda" button at the top of the session details.


NOTE: If a session does not have this "agenda add" icon or button, it is a session that you cannot add to your schedule yourself. If you want to add such a session to your schedule, please email [email protected] for assistance.


Add breakout sessions to your schedule from your laptop/computer using the below instructions:

  • Log in to your Converge registration and navigate to your profile page.
  • Click "Select breakouts" in the left-hand sidebar menu (under your profile photo)


NOTE:  In-Person Labs are now closed and cannot be added to your schedule. If you need to add a special track session to your schedule, please email [email protected].


A number of live event updates and reminders will be sent out via push notifications during the event.

To ensure you receive these important notifications, click "allow" when asked if "Converge can send you notifications".

This message will appear when you initially click into the app after downloading it.
